Alana M. Hill, PMP is international change leadership expert, inspiring professionals to lead change in their lives and their organizations. She is a passionate energy industry veteran who has paved the way for women leaders behind her. Her experience as an engineer and certified Project Management Professional (PMP®) in talent development provides realworld insight into how people and teams can excel, even in uncertainty. With over 20 years of corporate leadership and training expertise, Alana helps individuals and organizations accomplish their goals by utilizing sharp analysis, strategic planning, and interpersonal skills development; and she promotes behavior styles and conflict resolution techniques to improve team dynamics and performance. Alana provides her clients with a combination of critical thinking and compassionate leadership, which she labels “Leading Change the Ms. Engineer Way”. Before establishing 2Hill Consulting Services in 2006, Alana enjoyed a colorful career with Schlumberger advancing from a Field Engineer to a Program Manager. In her tenure with the oilfield services giant, she not only managed multiple technology implementations, she also learned to drive an 18-wheeler! Alana holds a B.S. in Petroleum Engineering from Texas A&M University and has numerous accomplishments in talent development.

Alissar is a strategist, motivator, and experienced healthcare leader with a passion for bringing forth the best in individuals and transforming teams through strategic planning and leadership development. Her passion found her throughout her fifteen years of experience in consulting, coaching, and leading strategic projects for HealthNet, Pacific Gas & Electric, Blue Shield of California, multiple local and international non-profits, and most recently Ochsner. She completed her undergraduate studies in Biology with minors in Chemistry and Philosophy, attended Medical School and when she realized that Medicine was not her calling; she completed her Master’s in Public Health. She is PMI Certified. Alissar moved to New Orleans from the bay area with her husband and two children in 2014, and is proud to call New Orleans home.

Mark Hehl
Project Manager, Consultant, Author, Public Speaker
Mark Hehl is an international consultant, project manager and public speaker. He is author of the newly released book Amusing Confessions of an International Consultant which chronicles his experiences at various worldwide locations. His efforts have helped companies successfully set up and improve operations in various countries including India, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Thailand, China, Taiwan, Korea, The Philippines, France, Germany, Brazil, Mexico, The Dominican Republic, The USA and Ecuador. These GRIT projects have resulted in significant reductions in operating costs along with improved schedule performance, service levels and quality. In recognition of his contributions, the Timex suppliers in China honored him with the award of the Chinese name: Ho Man Kai.
Mr. Hehl holds a BS Degree in Electrical Engineering from the New York Institute of Technology and a MS Degree in Management and Behavioral Science from the Polytechnic Institute of New York. He has taught management, behavioral science and international business courses at Harper College. Mark is a frequent keynote speaker and presenter at various worldwide locations. He has conducted multiple webinars for Industry Week. Mark is a frequent guest on National Public Radio and is listed in the United Who’s Who Executive Directory.

Project Managers are usually confronted with situations and events that have a negative effect on the established schedule and they are still expected to bring the project in on time. One proven method to improve schedule compliance is to employ select 6 SIGMA methodologies to selected processes. This analytical improvement technique provides project teams, who play to win, with an avenue to reduce the time required to complete a selected process without reducing quality.
