Membership Benefits
Chapter Members realize the benefits of a global PMI organization as well as the events sponsored by the Greater New Orleans chapter. To become a Chapter member, you must first join PMI and select your community as the Greater New Orleans chapter. Please see "How to join PMI" on the left menu or visit www.pmi.org and select the GET INOLVED tab.
The Chapter offers its members:
- Events and programs offering opportunities to accumulate PDUs and learn more about our profession.
- Discounted rates at all chapter events.
- Preference in registering for chapter events.
- Eligibility for chapter leadership positions that set the vision, goals and objectives of the chapter.
- Eligibility to vote for chapter leaders.
- Discounts to take the PMP exam.
The Chapter hosts Member Welcome sessions to its current and new members to learn more about PMI and the chapter’s opportunities.
