Valerie Lowe, a certified organizational change manager, with over 15 years of implementation experience, has partnered with project and program managers to assure user adoption on over 40 major projects.  Her work has included change management for corporate mergers, enterprise systems, and marketing and strategy for large and medium size companies.  In 2019, she launched her own change management consulting firm to help businesses in the Gulf South improve transformation efforts.
