A Practical Approach to Risk
Many project teams either avoid risk management entirely or greatly under-serve this portion of their project. One reason why: they don’t know how to get started! This presentation focuses on Risk Appetite, Risk Identification and Risk Analysis – but takes a simplified approach that encourages teams to get started and keep working to improve.
Ethan Allen is a Program Manager for Intralox in New Product Development. More than 20 years of experience in project management, the last 12 at Intralox – focusing on turning ideas into products in the Industrial sector.
Ethan has a BA in Business from Southeastern Louisiana University, and an MBA from Mississippi State University. He has been a practicing PMP since 2014. Ethan holds a US Soccer National D coaching license and coaches youth soccer in the New Orleans area.
