Saved by the Retrospective: Because every project deserves a time out
Time to hit pause like it’s Saturday morning and “Saved by the Bell” just came on. Take a step back and discover how retrospectives can be the time-out your team didn’t know it needed. We’ll rewind through the evolution of retrospectives, flip through a mixtape of different formats, and pick up some best practices for running sessions that actually make a difference. Whether your projects are stuck in a gnarly loop, your team’s processes feel like they’re running on dial-up, or you’ve just hit a major milestone and need a breather, retrospectives are your backstage pass to real improvement and fresh momentum.
PDUs will be issued on behalf of credentialed PMI GNO members - 1.0 PDU for attendance.
