Sheree Venson Nelson is the Founder, Owner, and Project Manager of Virtuous Executive Services (VES), LLC, a Minority-Woman Owned business she established in 2010. Backed by over 36 years of professional excellence, Sheree has managed large-scale projects valued at up to $5M, delivering expertise in Business Administration Project Management (BAPM) and Concierge/Elderly Support Services.
Her career spans diverse industries, including collegiate and medical schools, financial institutions, legislative bodies, minority-owned small businesses, nonprofits, and private clients. Known for her integrity, precision, and results-driven leadership, Sheree specializes in aligning business goals with strategic execution while mastering the project triple constraints—time, cost, and scope. She ensures every client receives VIP-caliber service, balancing operational excellence with ethical leadership.
Sheree is an alumna of the Goldman Sachs One Million Black Women: Black in Business Scholars, Spring 2024 Cohort. She holds an MBA and Graduate Project Management Certification from the University of Phoenix, a B.S. in Sociology and an A.S. in Law Enforcement from Southern University and A&M College, and a Certificate of Completion in PMP® Preparation from PMTraining.

Beyond her professional work, Sheree has been married for 30 years to Michael D. Nelson and is the proud mother of Zhane’, Zaria, and her late bonus son Jemell. She enjoys serving GOD, dancing, exercising, and live music, reflecting her passion for a life well-lived and deeply connected to her community, church, and personal growth.
