July 2026 Dinner Meeting - Copy
PROGRAM:
"AI Project Governance Through a Security Lens: Using PMI AI Delivery Guidance and OWASP GenAI Security Practices to Sharpen Executive Decisions," addresses one of the most pressing challenges facing today's project and portfolio leaders.
Artificial intelligence initiatives introduce new opportunities, but also new governance challenges. This session demonstrates how project and portfolio leaders can integrate PMI's AI delivery guidance with OWASP GenAI security practices to improve executive decision-making, strengthen oversight, and manage AI risks before they impact delivery outcomes. Participants will leave with a reusable governance model and five practical checkpoint questions they can apply to every AI initiative. This is a PMP/Security full-group round table reviewing PMI's The Standard for Artificial Intelligence (6/2026), OWASP's GenAI 2025-26 guidance, and 2026 AI news stories to enrich our experience.
